Standardization and intelligence of printing process
Printing files are imported into the iColor intelligent color control system, where "printing standards" are selected. The expert database precisely calculates the most suitable ink volume online, and the EZC digital ink pump system accurately delivers ink to the offset printing press.
Additionally, ink can be conveyed through three methods: continuous ink supply, large-capacity automatic ink replenishment, and centralized ink supply systems. These systems are sealed, temperature-controlled, automatically stirred, and filtered, ensuring ink quality remains unaffected by external environmental factors
EZC ink supply offers several options to choose from：
A. Continuous ink supply system (standard) + large-capacity automatic ink replenishment system - suitable for standard ink without centralized ink supply system.
B. Continuous ink supply system (standard) + centralized ink supply system - suitable for standard ink with centralized ink supply system.
C. Continuous ink supply system (UV standard) - suitable for UV ink use on 52 format and below.
D. Continuous ink supply system (UV large-capacity) - suitable for UV ink use on more than 52 format.
