One of the examples is this VLF (Very Large Format) machine is the last model with very small footprint

and also with a removable cassette.

Here you can see it closed,it's plate size 1860 by 1422 and it's a very small footprint.

Let's go to the most popular size, in the graph we get to see an 8-up size.

We have, let's say the most common machine we have here the 46128 with 5-cassettes so you can use five different plate sizes in one shot.

We have a 46 thermal plate setter with 128 laser diodes,

we can achieve 45 plates an hour, and after that we have inline punching and

we get chose to have 5 sets of punching what the customer needs.

Then it goes automatically over and we cooperate in this with the Glunz & Jensen processor and stacker.

This is one of the most common machines from CRON and we sold more than 3000 in Europe already

This is the state of the art, this is what also we really proud of.

Let's say today in the graphic industry with the internet printers,

online printers they need speeds and they need speeds, we have,

let's say their answer we have the machine 70 plates an hour with plater loader.

I can open the plater loader , we can place in one shot 1500 plates into the machine,

that means the chance of jams or operating mistakes is almost nil,

from the plater loader the machine takes plate,

Double drum means that we’re not only with 128 laser diodes can achieve 70 plates an hour ,

The last machine we have is flexo 2000,

again we talk about innovations and also in flexo we innovate,

that means this machine 50 by 80 inch,

has removable tail clamp that means in all our series today from 2000 to 400,

we don't have to tape anymore, we have removable tail clamp.

We also have a very software technology this machine produce 8 sqm per hour,

but even can produce more because we have this skipping software that

it jumps from image to image so practice even can expose more than 10 sqm per hour.

EZC Intelligent digital inking system

Now the further thing we go to EZColor because it's not only the hardware to produce plates and flexo,

but we also have to go later to offset.

I told you again CRON is still innovative in offsets, what is the disadvantage of offset against digital first?

You have to buy eight plates but we solve this issue

because we started with the cherish so very cheap Chinese plates so this place is okay,

but then if you have a 8-color machine,

you change your plates 4 to 6 times an hour ,you have a lot of waste of paper.

If you do that 4 to 6 times an hour 24 hours a day,

7 days a week every time, when you start up,

you have to throw away between 80 and 100 sheets.

CRON developed EZColor, a totally different way of transporting ink and injecting ink in an offset machine

that brings the effect that we can sell sheet number twenty.

You can imagine what kind of uh saving of paper

that you don't waste your paper anymore in the time,
