The key to a successful year lies in spring, a time of new beginnings, hope, and the prime opportunity to explore new markets. From March 4th to 6th, bathed in the warm spring sunshine, the inaugural event of the printing industry - the 2024 South China International Printing Exhibition & China International Label Exhibition - concluded triumphantly at Area A of the Guangzhou China Import and Export Fair Complex.

Under the theme of 'Digital Intelligence: Opening a New Vision in Printing,' CRON participated grandly, showcasing numerous heavyweight star products at the South China Expo. With dual exhibition booths in synergy, the spectacle knew no bounds.

Over three days, a diverse crowd of global guests gathered, filling the halls with excitement. Shoulder to shoulder, they witnessed the unparalleled charm of this annual industry extravaganza! CRON's booth buzzed with lively exchanges among customers, both domestic and international, who flocked continuously for exploration. The vibrant atmosphere served as a testament to CRON's formidable brand and products!

In 2024, the South China Printing and Label Expo marked its 30th anniversary. On the first morning, the Intelligent Factory 4.0 demonstration area in Hall 2.1 hosted the lively '30th Anniversary Opening Ceremony of the South China Expo.' Mr Jin Liangjian, Sales Director of Hangzhou CRON Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd., representing the brand, was honored with an invitation to attend and deliver a speech, adding to the event's vibrancy.

1860*1422mm ultra-size format; upgraded with a standard configuration of 100-sheet fully automatic plate feeder; integrating automatic plate feeding, laser imaging, and online punching, it is the ideal choice for large-format plate-making and packaging printing!

CRON's HDI high-definition digital flexo plate imagers provide a range from HDI-400 to HDI-2000H+, catering to various formats and nearly fulfilling all demands from label plate-making to high-definition plate-making for oversized packaging, empowering printing companies to expand into different business sectors. At this South China Expo, CRON showcased two star HDI products:

HDI-400H High-Definition Digital Flexo Platesetter

Featuring a minimum format of 4x4 inches and a maximum of 17x23 inches; compatible with flexo, resin, PS plates, and more; equipped with automatic plate tail clamping, eliminating the need for tape; upgradeable to a maximum precision of 10160dpi. Compact and elegant, tailored for high-definition label production.

HDI-2000H+ High-Definition Digital Flexo Platesetter

With its expansive 50x80 inch format and rapid 8 square meters per hour plate-making speed, this device stands as the top choice for packaging, corrugated carton printing companies, and plate-making centres. Featuring independent clamps for both the head and tail of the plate, it ensures interference-free plate loading. Moreover, its fully automatic loading and unloading platforms, coupled with a highly intelligent operating system, streamline operations.

At the exhibition, the sleek and stylish appearance of the HDI2000H+ with its distinctive and unique design attracted numerous customers to stop and inquire!

Global Innovative Smart Printing Solutions

At the exhibition area- 5.2 of the China International Label Exhibition, CRON brought the globally innovative smart printing solution - the EZC Intelligent Digital Inking System.

CRON's independently developed color management system, EZC, can be seamlessly installed on various mainstream offset printing machine models. By replacing traditional ink keys with high-precision micro-dosing metering ink pumps, it ensures accurate ink delivery without errors, achieving stable, uniform, and precise control over the actual ink volume required for printing. This enables high-quality prints with accurate and stable colors, solving the global challenge of maintaining stable, uniform, and precise control over printing ink volume.
