01 High-quality plate developing
Immersion-type plate processer design, roller shaft transmission structure, precision design and manufacturing processes, and the use of encoders as speed controllers ensure precise feedback during the plate developing process, resulting in more accurate developing times.

02 Fully automatic developer replenishment
The replenishment pump automatically adds developer fluid to the developing tank as per set instructions, with automatic overflow recovery. It configures automatic, standby, and shutdown replenishment based on actual usage to maintain consistent developer properties and stable plate processing. Optional pH and conductivity detection devices ensure precise washing conditions.

03 Super energy-saving green design
The ink supply system automatically replenishes and recycles ink, featuring a standby automatic cleaning function. It offers flexible switching between ink application and non-application modes. Unique drying and water-saving settings effectively conserve resources, promoting environmental sustainability. An optional cleaning water recycling device is available for water reuse, enhancing environmental friendliness.

04 Simple operation and easy maintenance
Simple and intuitive operating interface allows for clear monitoring of the working status of each part of the equipment and prompt handling of alarm prompts. The innovative upper and lower transmission system facilitates disassembly and maintenance cleaning. The liquid filtration system, drying hot air system, mechanical transmission system, electrical control system, etc., can all be easily and quickly maintained to keep the equipment in a stable state and ensure its longevity.
