HDI-400S High-Definition Digital Flexo Imager

Label printing requires diverse methods, smaller plate volumes, and high flexibility. The HDI-400S, built for the label market, supports flexo, resin, and PS plates. With high automation, easy operation, compact size, low investment, and high-precision imaging, it is the ideal choice for label printers.

• HDI-400 has a minimum format size of 4.4x4.4 inches and a maximum format size of 17x23 inches.

• HDI-600 has a minimum format size of 4x5 inches and a maximum format size of 26x23 inches.

• Compatible with various types of plates such as polyester-based relief plates, thermal offset plates, digital flexo plates, and ablative films.

• Automatically adjusts the plate tail clamp and automatically clamps the plate at the head and tail based on the size of the plate.

HDI-920S High-Definition Digital Flexo Imager

The HDI-920 offers a medium format with wide compatibility. It supports both small jobs like labels and tags, and medium formats such as flexible packaging, cups, cartons, and books. Compatible with flexo, film, letterpress, and thermal offset plates, it delivers outstanding precision in flexo plate making. With an automatic plate tail clamp that removes the need for tape, it’s the all-round choice for expanding flexo printing.

• Maximum format size of 36x26 inches

• Capable of easily handling flexographic plate making for labels, hang tags, flexible packaging, paper cups, folding cartons, and books.

With ultra-large 50x80 in format, 8 ㎡/h high-speed plate making, and up to 10,160 dpi imaging, the HDI-2000 delivers exceptional quality. Its intelligent operating system ensures efficiency and premium results, making it the ideal choice for packaging printing and plate-making companies.
